HMRC launches free webinars tailored to helping self-employed individuals and businesses

Whether you’re newly self-employed or been in business for a while, there’s help available from HMRC.

The HMRC’s live webinars, are completely free and fully interactive, offering advise and covering a wide range of subjects.

Self-employment help and support: For sole traders and self-employed partnerships, this webinar has short presentations on topics affecting small businesses, including Self Assessment returns, expenses and National Insurance.

Wednesday 16 May – 1pm to 2pm

Self-employment and HMRC – getting started: If you’ve just started your business, find out how to keep records, budget for your first tax bill and how much National Insurance to pay are all covered here.

Thursday 17 May – 11am to midday
